Return/Exchange Policy
We sincerely hope our customers achieve their desired results from the supplements they purchase. Unfortunately there is no guarantee. As we all know, every person is unique in his/her response, therefore results may vary. There is even risk of certain side effects/allergies to certain natural ingredients. Yes, natural herbs and supplements, just like medicines, can have side effects. Please remind your customers to discuss with their health care provider if a particular supplement is appropriate for them before they purchase. We cannot guarantee a supplement will help the customer; however, we do guarantee that the products we are offering are of the highest quality available. If there was ever need to exchange/return our products, please follow the exchange/return policy stated below.

We only accept exchange item(s) under the following conditions:

Shortages:

All shortages must be reported within 10 (ten) days after shipment.

Please check number of items delivered against the quantity shown on your invoice (be sure to check the back-ordered column first if something is missing). Also, empty the package for any product that may be buried in the packing material.

Damaged/Defective Items:

If you receive a manufacture package defective item, such as pill shortage, please contact your sales representative within 10 days of delivery. Please supply the representative with your order/invoice number and your purchase date. The representative will also need your e-mail address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.

We only accept unopened return item(s) under the following conditions:

Return can be made within 10 days after shipment. Please Contact Us/Commends before returning the product. Shipping and Handling is not refundable if the product is free from defectiveness. Shipping costs of returning the product will be paid by the buyer.

Any opened items cannot be returned. If you already opened the product and do not like the flavor or is not effective to you.
In the event of returning a Free Shipping Item there is a mandatory $6.99 deduction off your total refund.

In the event of customer changes their mind, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to ship back to us. If customer refuses to receive the package, the shipping fee is not refundable. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the return is a result of your error.

Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product.


Here are the basic steps:

  • All exchange/return must be reported within 10 (ten) days after shipment.
  • Pack the item securely in the package.
  • Email your sales representative the invoice for the exchange/return item(s). Be sure to include your order number, billing name, mailing address, and the reason(s) for exchange within the email.
  • All products must be exchanged/return, unopened, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories.
  • For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Please ship the exchange/return package to:

  • Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.

  • We will notify you via e-mail when we have received and processed the exchange item(s).

  • Your exchange/return item(s) will either be delivered to you with your next order or credited back to your company account. Please allow us 7-10 business day to issue the refund upon receipt of the returned Items.
